The Government, continued the same source, also examined the measures linked to the implementation of the national program aimed at strengthening cereal storage capacities, which constitutes one of the main axes of the national food security policy drawn up by the president. of the Republic. But also, we read through the press release from the Prime Minister’s services, the means of promoting the participation of chambers of commerce and industry in the economic dynamics that the country is experiencing at the national and local levels, and this, through a regulatory framework compatible with the nature of their missions and allowing their members to manage their affairs efficiently and flexibly.
“The contribution of chambers of commerce and industry to national economic activity was also on the agenda of this meeting,” added the press release, which specifies that the discussions focused on the regulatory framework which will govern these chambers.
Finally, as part of the simplification of procedures for examining and granting town planning acts, including building permits, and their delivery as quickly as possible, the Government examined a draft Executive Decree setting out the modalities instruction and delivery of these documents, in particular the implementation of the digital platform for town planning acts as well as its generalization across the national territory.
Last Friday, the Minister of Hydraulics, Taha Derbal, announced, from Tiaret, the allocation of more than 27 billion DA to implement urgent projects for the benefit of areas exposed to water stress across the country, in application of the directives of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
“The President of the Republic has approved an urgent program for the benefit of all areas exposed to water shortages, including many municipalities and wilayas, with a financial envelope exceeding 27 billion DA.
A sum which reflects the interest given by the Head of State who has placed the citizen at the top of his priorities, particularly with regard to the water resources sector,” he indicated.
Supervising the commissioning of the project to supply the town of Tiaret with water from the Chott Chergui basin, the minister noted that this plan is part of the national strategy for sustainable management of water resources.
It will diversify the sources of water supply in the wilaya, which is facing growing challenges in terms of access to drinking water.
