A leader of the neo-Nazi “Maniac Murder Cult” has pled guilty to a plot to poison Jewish children in New York with ricin-laced candy.
Prosecutors say Michail Chkhikvishvili authored the cult’s “Hater’s Handbook,” which calls for mass murder, school attacks, bombings, and the use of lethal toxins.
