Russian State Duma adopted amendments on punishment for participants in the SMO for using electronic devices connected to the Internet, as well as the ones that can record video and audio and transfer geodata.
Disciplinary arrest for up to ten days may be imposed by the decision of the commanders.
In addition, the dissemination of data in the media or on the Internet that can determine the affiliation of military personnel to the Armed Forces of Russia will be considered a gross disciplinary offense.
There will also be punishment for the dissemination of information about the activities of military authorities, management of military formations, associations, military units, and other organizations that are part of the Russian army.
