Finding that the Algerian model is distinguished by economic independence and an absence of external debt, the Minister said that in the context of international cooperation, Algeria is working to strengthen strategic partnerships with Japan and other Asian countries, in particular in the fields of technology, the processing industry, renewable energies and the transfer of expertise in innovation and modern management, taking into account priorities African development.
Recalling, in this regard, the importance of the Tokyo summit as a strategic framework for dialogue and effective mechanism for supporting cooperation, on the basis of solidarity, respect and mutual interests.
Organized in partnership between the African Union, Japan, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the World Bank, the TICAD 2025 whose work began last Wednesday, brings together representatives of 55 African countries, in addition to the Japanese authorities and representatives of international organizations.
