This is a new mode of urban transport accessible to all, without distinction of social category stratification of which the Epe Setram is a management entity and the Metro managed by the Epe Metro el Djazaïr. Currently, seven wilayas are beneficiaries. Conversely, when will there be an investment program for the benefit of other wilayas, particularly where the demographic density and the intensity of the eco-commercial dynamic are more evident? Does the embellishment of a series of wilayas against the deprivation of others, with such a modern transport infrastructure, present a disjunction in terms of development? Indeed, Algerians, across certain geographical expanses cited as wilayas, contemplate this beautiful and impressive architecture decorated by this new mode of urban land transport designated everywhere tramway or metro restrictively underground located in Algiers.
Precisely, there are practically seven wilayas which have benefited from this new means of land transport; on initially eighteen wilayas which were once to be equipped with this new mode of transport called nono-tramway
Despite the freeze following the shortage of funding and financial credits plagued in 2014, the projects, bitterly to this day, remain on hold while awaiting reprogramming or even thawing. In fact, the seven tramways are in full operation based on diversified pricing within the reach of all categories and supported in economic mode. This allowed Algerians, in the East, West or North or South, to benefit from the advantages of this type of land transport illustrated by its comfort, accessibility and amenities, as a bonus, categories such as schoolchildren and students who are subject to symbolic pricing while the disabled benefit from absolutely free access.

Distinctly, the wilayas benefiting from this mode of transport are namely Constantine, Sidi Bel-Abbès, Ouargla, Sétif, Mostaganem, Oran and Algiers, all managed by the Spa
