The number of casualties has risen to 24 following Russia’s strike on the Social Protection Department building in Pokrovsk, Donetsk Oblast, on the morning of 13 October.

Quote: “[Russian] occupation forces attacked central Pokrovsk at 08:30 on 13 October 2023. As of 17:00, one man has been found dead as a result of the attack, and another 23 sustained injuries of varying severity.

Updated at 20:32: The Prosecutor’s Office added that as of 20:00 the number of injured rose to 24.
