The first edition of the National Children’s Book Fair opened on Monday at the Moufdi-Zakaria Palace of Culture, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Arts, with the aim of promoting books and reading, particularly among the child.The opening ceremony was chaired by the Minister of Culture and Arts, Soraya Mouloudji, in the presence of the Minister of Mojahedin and Rights Holders, Laid Rebiga, the national delegate for the protection of childhood, Meriem Cherfi, the president of the National Human Rights Council (CNDH), Abdelmadjid Zaalani, in addition to publishers, writers and intellectuals, as well as representatives of cultural organizations and institutions.
