Stressing that his sector “has the mission of addressing citizens’ concerns through a network of reception and listening cells spread across the national territory and supervised by 821 listening officers”.
In this regard, he revealed that the reception agents at the receptions of the employment directorates of the wilayas recently benefited from a training session including reception and communication techniques and processing of citizens’ complaints in order to enable them to acquire skills enabling them to communicate with citizens on the basis of modern scientific foundations.
