Plus du tiers des candidats libres au Bac à Constantine – Le Jeune Indépendant


More than a third of the baccalaureate candidates registered on the lists of the Constantine education directorate are independent candidates.

The start of the tests, which were kicked off by the head of the wilaya executive at the Rokia Boughaba examination center, took place in conditions described by all those involved as correct. The wali emphasized the efforts made for the smooth running of this “capital for our children” meeting, he said.

More than 27,151 high school students converged at 8 a.m. towards the 82 examination centers set up by the authority with the collaboration of the wilaya services and the various security forces. A total of 17,210 applicants for the famous sesame are educated candidates and the rest, i.e. 9,942 applicants for the ultimate educational diploma, registered freely.

Around twenty candidates with specific needs were supported individually by the education services: three with a visual impairment and 16 with a motor disability.

The Boussouf rehabilitation center welcomed 107 candidates.

For the smooth running of the tests which will last until Thursday, and apart from the supervisory and support staff, i.e. a total of 5,945 elements, each center has been provided with a financial manager, a psychologist, a doctor and a nurse in addition to a dozen secretarial staff.

For the collection of exam sheets, one center has been set up for the operation while two are provided for correction operations after the end of the exams.
