The examination of the draft executive decree relating to the exercise of budgetary control is part of the process of reform of public finance governance through an approach enshrining the principles of transparency and accountability and aims to achieve the most high levels of efficiency in public spending, said a press release from the Prime Minister’s office.

The government also continued to examine the various measures relating to monitoring the execution of the directives of the President of the Republic in terms of achieving food security, particularly in its part relating to the strengthening of national capacities in the field of food storage. cereals.

Furthermore and as part of the implementation of the instructions of the President of the Republic given during the Council of Ministers of June 23, 2024, relating to the removal of administrative obstacles hindering the recruitment of the young category within structures within the sector youth and sports in the southern wilayas depending on the capacities and available funds, the government has adopted a set of measures.

The latter relate to the launch of a recruitment operation in stages and in accordance with the available allocations, while charging the sectors concerned to take all the necessary measures to achieve the objectives set in terms of supervision and revitalization of the various structures and establishments. sports and youth at the level of the wilayas concerned, and to ensure the participation of the Higher Youth Council in supporting this approach.

Finally, the government heard a communication on the national report on major risks for the year 2023, while calling for an approach based essentially on the strengthening of proactive and preventive measures and the development of early warning capacities. Measures taken to strengthen the national system for preventing and combating forest fires were also examined, in particular through the mobilization of all necessary means, including water bombers.
