Poursuite du soutien au pouvoir d’achat et à l’investissement par de nouvelles mesures fiscales

The Director General of Taxes, Djamel Hanniche, affirmed, Wednesday in Algiers, that the 2026 finance bill (PLF) includes new tax measures aimed at continuing to support the purchasing power of citizens and preserving the living environment,

while mobilizing additional tax resources without increasing the tax pressure on economic operators.

During a hearing session before the Finance and Budget Commission of the National People’s Assembly (APN), chaired by Mr. Mohamed Benhachem, president of the commission, as part of the examination of the provisions of the PLF 2026, Mr. Hanniche specified that the text contains provisions intended mainly to support purchasing power, encourage investment, fight against tax fraud and evasion as well as against money laundering, while strengthening digitalization.
