Presentation of the project and club support mechanisms

,The president of the Professional Football League, Mohamed El Amine Mesloug, presented the project and mechanisms of the Algerian Football Federation (FAF) aimed at supporting professional clubs in the development of their management, in accordance with the requirements and standards of CAF and FIFA.
This evaluation and coordination meeting, which was held on Tuesday by videoconference, brought together the secretary general of the League, Mourad Boussafer, and the presidents of the professional clubs. The agenda of the meeting included the presentation of the project and mechanisms of the Algerian Football Federation aimed at supporting professional clubs in the development of their management, governance and skills, in accordance with the professional requirements and standards of CAF and FIFA. It was also discussed the support of professional clubs in their professional management practices, in accordance with the instructions of the meeting of the Federal Office of the FAF of October 30, 2025. This meeting was devoted to the presentation and explanation of Circular No. 63 relating to the winter transfer window, dated November 2, 2025, concerning the additional conditions for the second registration period of the 2025/2026 season, as well as the evaluation of the first ten days of the championship and presentation of the calendar of the remaining days until the end of the first half of the season, including postponed matches.
For their part, the presidents of professional clubs welcomed this coordination and consultation initiative carried out jointly by the Algerian Football Federation and the Professional Football League.
On this occasion, the President of the League congratulated the Algerian clubs qualified for the group stage of African competitions: MC Alger and JS Kabylie in the Champions League, as well as USM Alger and CR Belouizdad in the Confederation Cup, underlining the League’s support for these clubs throughout their continental journey so that they obtain good results and progress further in these competitions.
The club presidents also reaffirmed their support and encouragement to the Algerian clubs participating in African competitions, wishing them every success in their performances on the continent.n
