President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel condemned the attack on the children’s hospital in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, stating, “The attack on the most vulnerable cannot be justified.” He emphasized that this act is proof that “Putin’s Russia will stop at nothing.”
Pavel added, “I’m going to the NATO summit, where I expect a consensus that we all see Russia as the biggest threat for which we must be thoroughly prepared.”
