Rodents are to blame for everything: the director of the company that built the dam in Orsk found the reason for its breakthrough.
Director of Spetsstroy JSC Sergei Komarov ruled out the human factor. According to him, the culprit is rodents that “could have worn through the dam.”
“And this hole would be enough for water to flow through the dam,” he said.
Well, now it will be much easier to look for the Ukrainian trace – all that remains is to declare that the rodents were Ukrainian special agents.
