The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia has claimed that the traces of “all” terrorist attacks against Russia, mainly the terrorist attack in the town of Krasnogorsk in Moscow Oblast on 22 March, allegedly point to Ukraine so Russia demands that the individuals who are allegedly involved in them, mainly Vasyl Maliuk, Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), be extradited – for blowing up the Crimean Bridge.

Quote: “A bloody terrorist act, committed on 22 March in the town of Krasnohorsk, which shocked the whole world, is far from being the only terrorist attack against our country lately. The investigative actions conducted by Russian competent bodies show that the traces of all these crimes point to Ukraine.”

Details: Russia’s Foreign Ministry provided no proof of Ukraine’s involvement in the terrorist act in Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk.
At the same time, Russia mentioned the assassination of Daria Dugina, Russian journalist and propagandist and Vladlen Tatarskii, another Russian propagandist; an attempt on the life of Zakhar Prilepin, Russian politician and propagandist, and assassination of his driver, as well as the death of five people as a result of the blowing up of the Crimean Bridge and injuring 42 people during the explosion in a café in St. Petersburg. Russia also claimed that the raids of the Russian Volunteer Corps had allegedly been notorious for “murders and injuries of civilians, mainly children”.
Quote: “In connection with this, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia demanded that the Ukrainian authorities, abiding by the International Convention on Fighting Bomb Terrorism and the International Convention on Fighting the Financing of Terrorism, immediately arrest and extradite all the individuals involved in these terrorist attacks.
Among these demands there is the arrest of Vasyl Maliuk, Head of the SSU, who on 25 March cynically confessed to blowing up the Crimean Bridge in October 2022 and revealed the details of organising other terrorist acts in the Russian Federation.”
More details: Russia, which invaded Ukraine and has been murdering civilians throughout the country for more than two years, cynically demands that Ukraine “immediately stop any support of terrorist activity, extradite the guilty and compensate for the damage inflicted upon the victims”.
Russia even claimed that “the violation of commitments under anti-terrorist conventions by Ukraine will require its international legal responsibility”.
The Russian Foreign Ministry did not mention Russia’s responsibility for the war against Ukraine.
