Russia will never discuss territorial exchange with Ukraine, says PeskovPresiden…

Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said Russia has never discussed and will never discuss the issue of exchanging its territories. He believes that any Ukrainian military units located on Russian territory will either be expelled or destroyed.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he plans to exchange the captured territory of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation for one of the occupied zones of Ukraine.

For a presidential press secretary, Peskov, doesn’t seem to know what is happening anymore.
He discovered on social media first, that Trump had a direct telephone conversation with Putin.
