Russian forces attack village in Donetsk Oblast, killing woman

The Russian troops fired on the village of Verkhniokamianske in the Bakhmut district (Donetsk Oblast) on the morning of 16 April. As a result, a local resident was killed in her home.

Details: The deceased woman was 63. The spokesperson added that law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, i.e. violation of the laws and customs of war.
