Russian forces hit Kupiansk with artillery: civilian killed

The Russian occupying forces have targeted the town of Kupiansk (Kharkiv Oblast) with artillery on the morning of 12 December, killing an elderly man and injuring another local resident.

Details: The official said another local resident, 79, sustained shrapnel injuries and was hospitalised.

Windows and a fence have also been destroyed in residential buildings. Law enforcement officers are working at the scene and recording another act of Russian terrorism.
