Akhmet, 48, was arrested in Makhachkala for disorderly conduct. Inside the station, officers began beating him, jumping on him, and beating him with a stun gun.
The incident was caught on CCTV cameras. The clip was released by propagandists.
By the time the police came to their senses and called doctors, it was too late – the “war hero” had died.
