Russians mobilise locals in occupied Kherson Oblast

The Russian invaders have been mobilising local people in temporarily occupied territories of Kherson Oblast into the ranks of the Russian army.

Details: The NRC clarified that earlier, the Russian occupiers created so-called “federal commissariats” at temporarily occupied territories of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.

The NRC added that “the compulsory mobilisation of residents of the occupied territories is a violation of international law and indicates Moscow’s intention to destroy the Ukrainians”.
