Sept pièces sélectionnées pour «la Grappe d’or» – Le Jeune Indépendant

At the end of its last meeting held on June 9 at the Hassan-El Hassani culture house in Médéa, the commission for the selection of theatrical plays to participate in the 14th edition of the 2024 national cultural festival to obtain the “ la Grappe d’or” selected seven pieces meeting the criteria set by the festival management.

In its press release published on the Facebook page of the Médéa culture and arts department, the evaluation of the 20 pieces received by the festival management was established in accordance with a grid taking into account the duration of the performance, the year of production of the play and the quality of the show.

To do this, the evaluation of the pieces took into account the quality of the show with regard to the humorous side, respect for the values ​​of national identity and human depth, coherence between the aspects relating to the production, the representation and scenography…

And it is from these criteria and after viewing the proposed plays, the commission retained the list of the following plays, namely Han wa Lhih (Here and elsewhere), a play produced by the Mohamed Touahri Association of Miliana; Ellila El Beida (The White Night), a play in the Amazigh language by the Tikrad Cultural Association in collaboration with the Tizi-Ouzou TR; El Hafila (The bus) of the Association Carlo de Sétif; Ras El 3 a.m. (Start of the year) of the Batna TR in Chaoui dialect; El Djaban (The cemetery) of the Moubdi3oune sans frontières Association of Annaba; El Khotba (Marriage proposal) from the Le burnous d’or cooperative; El Bahara (The sailors) of the M’Sila Cultural Association.

At the same time, a waiting list comprising a number of three plays was retained by the selection commission, namely Casting of the Professional Theater Cooperative of Sidi Belabès and El Wassit (The Mediator) of the Ibn Sina theater in Oran.
