🇫🇮The disruption of the Finnish telecommunications company’s internet cable was not sabotage, Politico reports.

A representative of the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency said that the cable broke during excavation work – it was hit by an excavator in two places.

Finnish police also confirmed that they are not investigating the damage to the fibre optic cable between Finland and Sweden.

The break has already been repaired.
