The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan reported that on Monday they presented the Russian Ambassador to Tajikistan Semyon Grigoriev with a note stating serious concern about mass cases of manifestations of “emphatically negative attitudes” towards citizens of Tajikistan on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as widespread violations of their rights and freedoms.
