Jerusalem District Police arrested a Beit Hanina resident in his 30s after a video surfaced showing him dancing on the roof of a marked police vehicle in the neighborhood.

According to police-linked reports, the incident began when officers from Shafat Station (Kedem area) were called to handle an incident in Beit Hanina, and the suspect used the moment to climb onto the patrol car while someone filmed for TikTok.

Police located and detained the suspect quickly, questioning him on suspicion of “unruly/disorderly behavior in a public place.”

In at least one report citing police, he was later released under restrictive conditions after questioning.
