An earthquake of a magnitude of 5.8 degrees on the Richter scale was recorded on Sunday at 8:11 pm in the wilaya of Tebessa, announced the research center in astrophysical and geophysical astronomy (CRAAG) in a press release.
The epicenter of the earthquake was located 10 km southeast of Negrine (Wilaya of Tebessa), said the same source.
