In order to energize the national digital space, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications provides, on the initiative of its first manager, the next organization of a concertation meeting bringing together content creators and actors in the digital universe, said a statement from the ministry.

The objective is to create an “open exchange space”, according to the Minister of the Sector, Sid Ali Zerrouki, where each participant can, according to him, make their contribution to the development of a common vision aimed at “to support and develop the national digital landscape”, he specified.

According to the same source, the minister stressed that this meeting is “in support of Algerian content and in encouragement to creative initiatives”. He added that the event will take place under his supervision, alongside the Minister of Communication, in order to make it “a suitable opportunity for dialogue and collaborative work” for all participants. The definition recognized for a content creator is that it should be able to produce Original content in various forms (articles, videos, photos, podcasts) for digital media and social networks. The content has no restrictions on the subjects to be tackled, as long as all sectors can be developed. The objective to be respected being to manage to build an audience, to initiate a community or to serve the communication strategy towards a target community. The content developer must, above all, understand having an understanding of the target audience, mastering platforms and trends, in order to manage to create attractive and coherent content to achieve its objectives.
