​In the incident in which Major (Res.) Harel Birenstock and Chief Master Sergeant (Res.) Tamir Vaknin fell, four IDF reserve soldiers were severely injured.

The soldiers were evacuated to receive medical treatment at a hospital, and their families have been notified.
