⚓️ Israeli Navy Holds Large-Scale Combat Drill Across Mediterranean and Red Seas
The Israeli Navy carried out a large-scale military exercise this week across both the Mediterranean and Red seas, involving hundreds of sailors from its warship, submarine and border security fleets.
The IDF says the drill incorporated lessons learned from nearly three years of fighting and tested the Navy’s readiness for a range of threats.
In the Mediterranean, forces practiced responding to maritime infiltrations, multi-front combat, aerial threats and other attack scenarios, while defending strategic sites including offshore gas rigs, Israeli ports and critical national infrastructure.
Additional exercises were held in the Red Sea, focusing on command, coordination and cooperation between different naval units.
